REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum of 2 years experience in community management, property management, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of community association operations, rules, and regulations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Knowledge of VMS is a plus, training available.
